3. Girls Football Programme (16-18, Year 12 & 13)

Our thriving girls academy has gone from strength to strength since it began in 2018. From winning national titles & leagues to graduating students to universities such as Loughborough, Canterbury, Lincoln & Essex. During this period our Women’s first team have won back to back promotion with the Academy providing roughly 75% of the matchday squad on a weekly basis with either current students or alumni students. We are rightly proud that this figure will remain as our Women prepare for their first season in the National League South East (Tier 4).

A big reason for the Academy's success is that all students are taught together, coached together and play together. We are the only post 16 academy that provides both traditional college fixtures and weekend football. This holistic approach ensures rapid player development with all students benefiting from being coached by the same coaching staff in all fixtures that they play. This may sound common practice but is truly unique in post 16 Academies.

Since September 2018 our women’s first team have included a minimum of one academy student or graduate within the first team starting 11 a record that will continue into 2023 & beyond.
