AFC Sudbury played better than this afternoon's scoreline suggests but in the end it is goals that win matches with Kingstonian bagging all three in an entertaining match at Kingsmeadow.
Aaron Lamont had a couple of early chances blocked for Kingstonian as the home side started brightly but AFC came back in the second half of the opening period with Parker going close and then Bantick firing over after a Tolfrey had blocked a Parker shot with his feet following a fine move involving Furlonge and Wales.
Kingstonian took the lead 3 minutes into the second period when Gomez followed in to fire home after Garnham had blocked a Lamont shot following a fine run.
Sudbury were playing well but it was Kingstonian who when close again when Gomez hit the post for the home side following a swift counter attack.
The home side doubled their lead on 76 minutes when Inns rose to powerfully head home Bamba's cross with Turner adding a 3rd 6 minutes later. Inbetween the goals AFC had brought on Stefano Mallardo in place of Blackwell and as time played out AFC introduced Alfie Carroll and Callum Watson for Bantick and Furlonge.
