Tonight, with Kurt unable to make training, I decided to just let them play and give them pointers and direction but say nothing unless needed.

The football on display was excellent at times with their passing and movement both on and off the ball being everything we would hope for now.

One boy stood out for me tonight. Having dropped into the defensive role for his team, this afforded him the time he likes in the ball and he was able to dictate the flow of the game from the back. Well done Ollie, a great playmaker for your team and a role I hope we can see more of from you this season.
