The Board of AFC Sudbury wishes to publicly extend its thanks to Ronnie Egan for all her valuable contribution to the club as a board member between July 2023 now.

Ronnie has made the difficult decision to resign from the Board, as her job role requires significant commitment and is placing demands impacting on the time she can currently give to board issues. Whilst Ronnie will no longer be part of the formal Board of AFC Sudbury, we are all keen not to lose her insight and supportive nature so she will continue to advise and consult with the Board when needed. Ronnie will also stay part of the women's focus group in a volunteer capacity to continue to help the growth of the girls and women's sections.

AFC Sudbury will decide on the new Safeguarding Champion on the board next month.

The Board will conduct a review of available positions in the coming months.
